Cancellation fee of 33.33% of fare will be charged if ticket is cancelled within 24 hours.

Cancellation fee of 10% of fare will be charged if ticket is cancelled beyond 24 hours.

In case tickets are to be cancelled, the passenger has to surrrender the tickets physically within the above prescribed time in Airport Counter and refund will be made as per above mentioned rules.
